MOUNT DORA, Florida — A 20-year-old man is facing a lewd and lascivious battery charge after meeting a girl he had three-year on and off relationship with, in an apartment complex parking lot and having sex with her, according to a probable cause affidavit.
The girl, whose age was not available in the affidavit (but who is allegedly under 16 years of age, by the criminal charge), said Cristian “Kiki” Ruiz Seda, of Grand Island, met her in the parking lot of Spring Harbor Apartments, 2500 Spring Harbor Circle, Mount Dora in April and brought her food from McDonald’s. The victim entered his vehicle and after they ate, they engaged in protected sex, she told Mount Dora Police.
MDPD interviewed the girl’s mother, who said she called Seda’s mother and told her Seda had sex with her daughter. She said she was unaware the two had sex and she then spoke with her son, who admitted it, according to the affidavit. The two mothers and Seda participated in a three-way telephone call and Seda again admitted he had sex with the girl.
The victim was interviewed at the Children’s Advocacy Center and her story was consistent with what she told her mother and MDPD. Seda was arrested Monday and released from the Lake County Jail on $15,000 bond.
