LEESBURG, Florida – A Leesburg man found himself in a stinky situation Monday after he was arrested for trespassing – his fourth arrest for trespassing this year. Leesburg Police responded to 1911 Citrus Boulevard No. 3 Monday in reference to a man walking around without pants.
When an LPD officer arrived, he found Stiles Dyal, 67, walking around with shorts on, provided by someone since the call to police was made. Witnesses said Dyal was walking around wearing only a shirt and exposing his genitalia before police arrived, according to the arrest affidavit. Dyal was reportedly drunk and had feces running down his leg while he approached people for money, the affidavit states.
A witness told police he trespassed Dyal in September because he came by his apartment constantly asking for money. According to Lake County Jail records, Dyal spent 25 days in jail for that incident. He was released on Oct. 4, – just 10 days before he was arrested again.
Dyal was taken to the Lake County Jail and is being held on $10,000 bond.
