MOUNT DORA, Florida – Constantinos A. Loizides, 48, was caught by police and arrested Wednesday on charges of assault, armed burglary, and possession of burglary tools after police found his girlfriend standing in a neighbor’s driveway frightened and yelling for help. She was on the phone with Constantinos’ wife as she saw Constantions’ vehicle pull up, heard glass break, and decided to immediately flee her home in fear.
The alleged victim, Deborah Case, told police “she and Constantinos had been in an affair for 8.5 years. Deborah said Constantinos told her in December that he had left his wife and they continued a relationship up until last week, when she found he was still married. During the course of arguing Deborah stated she found out Constantinos told his wife he would kill Deborah.” Events turned frightening when the victim phoned Constantinos’ wife.
According to the arrest report, “While on the phone with his wife Constantinos can be heard screaming and yelling in the back ground. At some point during the phone call, Constantinos left the house. While still on the phone with his wife, Deborah noticed a vehicle matching Constantinos’, pull into the driveway of her home.” The report states Constantinos “then began banging and kicking on the door cursing and yelling” as his girlfriend told his wife to call police; she ran into a bedroom and jumped out a window – running for safety as she heard her door’s glass breaking.
Upon investigation, police located “large gardening sheers (sic) on the floor in front of the damaged door” which were consistent with pry marks on the door, and which the victim identified as having come from her garage – which Constantinos is also alleged to have opened and entered.
The police report details a troubled relationship between Constantinos and his girlfriend: “Based on her past experiences, Deborah stated she was in fear of her life. In the past Constantinos had made threats to kill her to his wife in which the wife called the police to make a report. Constantinos also bullied her during their relationship and also held a knife to himself and stating ‘his blood will be on her hands.’ He also would say stuff like he shot himself when he was young.”
According to the alleged victim, Constantinos “is a professional IP tech in which several times he hacked into her electronics.”
